During the function, Radhika notices that Dev was deliberately hurting himself by placing his hands over the lamp. Radhika stops him and gestures him not to do so. Dev walks away without saying anything and Radhika follows him. She then tells Dev that he should not do anything stupid and then ties the thread on his wrist. She requests him to forget her and marry Barkha. However, she is shocked when Dev confidently tells her that he will marry only her. Later, during one of the religious ceremony meant for brides, Barkha tells the priest on the sly that Radhika is the bride. Radhika is shocked when the priest performs the ceremony for her. She chides Barkha, but Barkha remains unmoved. Barkha then tells Radhika that she has decided to tell Raj Purohit about her childhood marriage with Dev, but Radhika forbids her. Finally, the auspicious moment arrives and in the hustle and bustle of the function, Barkha meets Raj Purohit and tells him that Radhika has decided to get married. Barkha tells in such a way that Raj Purohit feels that Radhika is marrying someone else. Though Raj Purohit is shocked, he feels happy for Radhika. Barkha then tells Raj Purohit that Radhika wants his blessings. Barkha then goes to Radhika and tells her that Dev has spilled the beans and now Raj Purohit is aware of their childhood marriage. Moreover, he is willing to get her married to Dev. Radhika is delighted and immediately goes to Raj Purohit. Unaware of Barkha's trick, Raj Purohit blesses Radhika and tells her that he is very happy. Barkha then goes to Dev and plays the same trick. Dev is also happy and gets ready for the wedding. Barkha then helps Radhika get ready. She covers Radhika's face and sends her with a friend. However, she is shocked when Maheshwari barges in the room and sees her. Determined to get Radhika and Dev married, Barkha ties Maheshwari and locks her inside the room. Finally, Dev and Radhika get married.
