Radhika and Jolly celebrate their success. The duo had planned to compel Radhika to leave the house. The duo, however, is unaware that Radhika had changed her mind and decided to stay in the Bharadwaj Mansion. Padma and Daimaa get worried on learning that Dev was not ready to convince Radhika to accompany them to Mathura. When Padma and Daimaa try to convince Radhika, Dev stops them and asks them to follow him home. Radhika feels hurt when Dev and his family leave. Radhika feels guilty of hiding from Dev that Kanha had told her to stay back in the Bharadwaj Mansion to avenge his insult. With the intention of usurping the Bharadwaj property, Soniya plans to create problems between Radhika and Ruby. After everybody leaves, Hrishikesh asks Radhika to come inside the house. Radhika agrees to enter the house but puts forth a condition. Ruby gets furious when she sees Radhika in the house. Fuming with anger, Ruby asks Radhika to leave. When Hrishikesh tries to pacify Ruby, she rages at him and warns him not to interfere in the matter. When Ruby raises her hand to slap Radhika, Radhika holds her hand and questions about her behavior. Ruby tells Radhika that she was the owner of the Bharadwaj Empire and so everyone had to follow her instructions. Ruby is left stunned when Radhika states that she too had 50% percent share in the Bharadwaj Empire. Hrishikesh and Soniya doubt Radhika's intentions of staying in their house. They believe that Radhika wanted to usurp their property. Soniya fears that it would be difficult for her to takeover the property. Mohini fears that Radhika may handover the property of the muth to Hrishikesh. She shares his fears with Dev, who assures to protect the muth.
Choti Bahu is the love saga of two soul mates Dev and Radhika.
Radhika, a Brahmin by birth, was adopted and brought up by a family of weavers in a small town called Rawal. Dev, whose family has been in the service of Rajpurohits for generations, visits Rawal as a child on the occasion of Radhashtami. Dev and Radhika meet each other and become good friends. Radhika and Dev's families tie them in the bond of marriage in their tender age.
Maheshwari (played by Pragati Mehra), the eldest bahu of the Purohits, hopes to inherit Dadaji's property. However, her plans hit a snag when Maheshwari realizes that Dadji has willed all his property is in the name of Choti Bahu.
Undeterred, Maheshwari decides to find a docile girl for Rohan (played by Apurva Agnihotri). Maheshwari plans to own the property by controlling and manipulating the Choti Bahu and to this end chooses Radhika for Rohan. Destiny brings Dev and Radhika together after 15 years, when he returns to Rawal after 15 years to find out about Radhika, Rohan's bride.
