The Police reveal that Rajeev was the mastermind behind the accident at the factory. They also reveal that Rajeev had kidnapped Prasad's family and compelled him to try to kill Abhi. Abhi tells Rajeev that he realized the truth when Anita and Neetu overheard Bui's conversation with him. Abhi also tells that Prasad had revealed the conspiracy created by him and Bui at the behest of Nakul Dagar to kidnap Neetu's child. He also tells that Bui had told the pandit to lie about his horoscope. Rajeev suddenly snatches the inspector's revolver and threatens to kill Simi. Rajinder asks Abhi to check who he has married. Abhi finds that he had married Simi and Rajeev is shocked to find that he had married Rajjo and not Simi. The inspector manages to snatch the revolver back from Rajeev and arrests him along with Bui and Rajjo. Abhi tells Simi that everyone except her and Manju knew the truth. Next day, Rajinder surprises Simmi and Abhi by gifting them a vacation at Manali. Abhi and Simmi happily leave for the holiday.

Manju tries to convince Simi against marrying Rajiv. But Simi is adamant about not changing her decision. Everyone is shocked when Rajinder announces that he will participate in the rituals. Anita and Neetu find Rajjo in a drunken state when they go to call her for the wedding rituals. Meanwhile, Rajiv arrives with his mother for the wedding. Just when the wedding is about to begin, Abhi asks the priest to stop. Abhi asks Rajiv to get Anuj released from jail, before going ahead with the wedding. Rajiv calls Prasad and asks him to withdraw his complaint against Anuj. The wedding rituals are fulfilled. Anuj arrives there with the police. The Police inform Rajiv that they have an arrest warrant against him.

Simi is worried on finding Abhi missing from home. She decides to find him. Bui asks Rajiv if he has kidnapped Abhi, but Rajiv denies knowing anything. Rajiv tells Prasad that he will free his family if he kills Abhi. Prasad finds Abhi and Simi and tries to kill Abhi. But Abhi and Simi save their lives and come back home. Rajinder is shocked when Abhi tells him that Prasad had tried to kill him. Bui says that the priest's prediction about Abhi's life being in danger has come true. Simi gets frightened and convinces Abhi to marry Rajjo. He agrees on the condition that she too must get married to someone else at the same time. Neetu tells Manju that Anuj has surrendered to the police. Abhi and everyone go to meet Anuj in jail. Simi gets a call from Rajiv saying that only he can solve all his problems. Simi declares to her family that she will marry Rajiv. Abhi is crestfallen.

Rajiv threatens Simi that he will reveal the truth to Abhi if she refuses his marriage proposal. Just then, the Sethi family returns home. Rajinder fumes with anger on seeing Rajiv and asks him to go away. Abhi tries to extract the truth from Prasad by telling him that his family has been kidnapped by his master. When this doesn't work, Abhi tells the Inspector that he wants to withdraw all the complaints against Prasad. Rajinder calls Abhi home and asks Simi to reveal the truth. Simi reveals that it is Abhi who is going to die and not her, so he has to marry someone else. Abhi is upset to hear this and tells Bui that he does not wish to marry Rajjo anymore. Bui informs Rajiv about Simi's revelation. She rebukes Rajiv for coming to the Sethi house. She also tells Rajiv that she had carefully planned the workers' problem at the factory and arranged the fake horoscopes but one wrong act of his has ruined the plan. Rajiv tells Bui that he has abducted Prasad's family, and their plan will surely succeed. Bui is shocked to notice someone's shadow around.

She also talks about bribing the two priests who had lied about Abhi's horoscope to Manju and Simi. Rajinder finds something fishy and asks Anuj if Abhi and Simi are planning to do something without his knowledge. Rajinder reveals that he has decided to celebrate their anniversary along with Neetu and Omi's. At the breakfast table, Rajjo sees Abhi feeding a morsel to Simi and walks out angrily. Simi finally agrees to have lunch with Rajiv when he tries to blackmail her. Simi asks Anuj to take everyone out for lunch. In order to find out the truth about Bui, Neetu and Anita get Rajjo drunk. But before she could reveal anything, she passes out. When Rajiv arrives, he asks Simi to marry him.

Bui lies to Anita that she was talking to her sister about Rajjo's marriage. Anita tells Neetu about Bui's conversation. Neetu tells her that they should check Bui's phone. Abhi meets Prasad's wife and tells her that someone is using him as a scapegoat. She is ready to reveal Prasad's whereabouts provided nothing would happen to him. Here, Bui announces that Rajjo and Abhi's marriage is fixed for 22nd October. Simi gets emotional because her and Abhi's marriage anniversary is on the same day. Meanwhile, Anita checks Bui's phone and finds all the numbers deleted. Abhi and Anuj meet Prasad in jail. He refuses to reveal the name of the person for whom he works. Anju tells Rajinder, Prasad confessed to the police that the factory accident was someone's game plan to put him and Abhi in trouble. Bui overhears their conversation. Simi gets Rajiv Bhalla's call in the dead of the night. He tells her that he knows the reality about Abhi's horoscope.

When the police arrive, Neetu accuses the family for trying to separate her from her child. At that moment, Abhi arrives with the baby. Anita snatches the child from her, saying that she is the mother. She runs into the room and locks the door. Neetu tells everyone not to worry as a mother can never harm her child. Anita cries her heart out. Anuj assures Neetu that he will unite her with her child. But just then, Anita comes out and hands over the child to Neetu and thanks her for letting her experience motherhood. An overjoyed Neetu tells her they both will raise the child together. Abhi tells the police that Prasad had stolen the baby, but escaped before getting caught. Manju tells Rajinder that Abhi and Rajjo's wedding has been cancelled. Rajinder is happy. Manju then tells Abhi, Simi and Bui that she lied to Rajinder as he would've never agreed. Abhi finally signs the divorce papers. Bui informs someone on the phone that Simi and Abhi have signed the divorce papers. But she is shocked to see that Anita has overheard their conversation.
