The story takes a seven year leap. Shekhar sees Laali in a procession and runs after her, but Laali does not see him. Shekhar is stopped by the staff from the mental asylum. Loha continues to narrate the story of Shekhar and Laali to his grand child, Madhav. The story takes a seven year leap. Even after so many years, Loha continues to hope for Laali's return. Meanwhile, Laali becomes the Thakurain (wife of Thakur) of another village. She is loved by all villagers. She leads the village in prayers for Lord Shiva. When a child steals from the offerings kept for the God, she is asked to judge the child. Laali, however, sets free the child. A couple asks Laali to bless and christen their child. Of the names suggested by the priest, one of them is Shekhar. Laali names the child as Shekhar. She feels as if she knows the name. Laali is known by the name Shyamali. She is not liked by her present mother in law. But she is loved by her daughter Meenu. Stereo Audio

Rekha remembers that Sumitra has asked her to take the mansion keys. But Jamuni and Ranvijay's atrocities break her heart. Rekha decides to run away from the mansion. She throws away the keys of the mansion and is on her way out when Ajodhya stops her. Ajodhya reminds her that in Laali's absence, Laali and Shekhar's son needed her support and love. Rekha realizes her mistake and stops. Madhur comes to visit Rekha and is shocked to see Rekha married to Ranvijay. Ranvijay taunts Madhur. Rekha asks Loha and Sumitra about Shekahar. Loha asks Sumitra to hand over Shekhar's child to him and demands to be left alone. He starts narrating the child the story of a prince and a fairy. In Loha's story, Shekhar and Laali are the prince and the fairy. Shekhar manages to escape from the asylum. He runs into a procession and manages to outwit the hospital staff. Shekhar sees Laali sitting in a bullock cart in the procession. He recognizes Laali and runs after her calling out her name. But, Laali fails to hear him. Stereo Audio

Loha remembers the atrocities he has done on Laali. Loha calls out to Ranvijay and asks him about Shekhar's whereabouts. Ranvijay tells that he does not know but when Loha offers him all his properties, Ranvijay agrees. Loha tells that Ranvijay will have to adopt Shekhar's son and then reveal Shekhar's whereabouts. Ranvijay rushes to his room and comes back with property documents and asks Loha to put his thumb impression on them. Ranvijay gloats at his success on inheriting the property. Ranvijay gives him the address of the mental assylum. Ranvijay is upset on finding Jamuni sad. Jamuni tells Ranvijay that she is upset that she is not married to him. Ranvijay summons all the servants and declares that Jamuni was to be considered the lady of the mansion. Rekha and Ajodhya look on with horror. Jamuni wants to take care of Shekhar's child. Rekha tries to stop her. Jamuni tries to remove Laali's photo but Rekha stops her again. Ranvijay gets furious at Rekha and slaps her. Sumitra and Loha meet Shekhar at the asylum. Rekha's mother is very upset that Rekha has lied and that her life is destroyed. Rekha tells her that it was the only way to save the Thakur family. She tells that she will take care of Laali's child. Sumitra wonders if Rekha is as strong as Laali as their family is full of inhuman people. Jamuni meets Gangiya in jail. Gangiya is happy to see Jamuni dressed in bridal finery. She is shocked when she learns that Jamuni has not succeeded in marrying Ranvijay. Ranvijay accuses Rekha and threatens to make life hell for her. He is angry that he has to live with Rekha instead of Jamuni. Loha blames himself for Laali's death. Sumitra is moved when Rekha takes care of Riddhi. Ajodhya is devastated. Loha y repents and praises Sumitra for always being at his side. Sumitra consoles him. Condolence prayers are held for Laali, Nandini and Siddhi. Sumitra is inconsolable. The fact that there is no news of Shekhar adds to her grief. Loha who is now blind, is led in for the prayers. An inebriated Ranvijay arrives with Jamuni and asks the priest to add Shekhar's photo too. Ranvijay breaks the news that he is getting married to Jamuni. Sumitra warns him against committing such a sin. But Ranvijay does not listen. Ranvijay asks Jamuni to get dressed for the wedding and orders the priest to make preparations. No one is able to stop his madness. Jamuni is lost in thoughts of her marriage with Ranvijay when her reverie is broken by a gunshot. Armed villagers from Koyna arrive to check if Shekhar has fulfilled his promise of getting Rekha married. The leader of the gang threatens to kill Shekhar and his child too. Rekha is worried for the family and applies vermilion (sindoor) on her forehead. The men are about to kill Sumitra when Rekha lies to the men that Shekhar has fulfilled his promise and that she has married Ranvijay, who is a Thakur. The gang leader is skeptical when Ranvijay behaves in a nervous way. He compels Ranvijay to marry Rekha again. Jamuni is shocked to witness the incident. Jamuni gets very angry at Ranvijay for marrying Rekha. Sumitra asks the diety why she is suffering so much and vows not to pray till Shekhar is found. Stereo Audio

Loha Singh threatens to shoot Laali after she rescues him. Laali tells Loha that it was Gangiya's plan. Loha takes Laali and goes to find Gangiya. Shekhar searches for Laali. Sumitra is worried for her family. On reaching the place where she had left Gangiya tied to a tree, Laali is horrified on not finding her there. Loha and Laali enter the forest in search of Gangiya. Shekhar sees Jamuni. Jamuni lies that she saw Loha running after Laali with a pistol. Shekhar falls for her lie and rushes to save Laali from Loha. Ajodhya is anxious about the safety of others. Rekha wonders why all this happens to her. Madhur is saved and taken to the hospital. When Laali, Shekhar and Loha fail to come out of the burning mansion, Sumitra worries for their safey. Ranvijay is drunk and gloats over the success of Gangiya's plan. He learns from Jamuni that the mansion has been set on fire. Loha manages to trace Gangiya. Though shocked and enraged, Ranvijay rejoices at the prospect of becoming the sole owner of the mansion. Loha tries to shoot Gangiya but she manages to outwit Loha by throwing chilly powder in his eyes. Laali tries to nab Gangiya but she again manages to escape. Laali chases her. Shekhar sees Loha running after Laali with a pistol and thinks Loha wants to kill Laali. He asks Loha to stop and shoots him. Laali saves Loha by taking the bullet. Everyone attends Madhur and Rekha's marriage. But Laali is worried that Gangiya has hatched some evil plan to destroy the mansion. She finds the sun amulet and remembers that the man had spoken about it. Ajodhya warns Loha that his reign has come to an end. Meanwhile, the woman in the orange dress goes ahead pouring kerosene all over the mansion. The woman in the orange dress is none other than Jamuni. Jamuni was instigated by Gangiya to avenge her insult. Gangiya asks her if she will not avenge her mother's insult. Laali is shocked to see Jamuni trying to set the mansion on fire. Laali tries to talk sense into Jamuni that the mansion has been her home and not to send the mansion on fire. Her attempts fail and Jamuni sets the mansion on fire. Meanwhile Gangiya manages to free herself. Laali rushes to warn Shekhar. Shekhar manages to open the door from outside and save everyone. While Madhur manages to save Rekha, Laali tries to help Nandini escape. While Riddhi is saved by Laali, Nandini and Siddhi's attempts to escape are foiled after the window catches fire. Gangiya rejoices on seeing the mansion on fire. Loha gets worried on seeing the mansion on fire. He is rescued by Laali.
