Vikram remembers how the girl he loved refused to marry him because of his short height. Vikram says that he began to work as a Joker and made people laugh while he wept from within. He also says that when he could not bear the humiliation anymore, he committed suicide by hanging himself. Vikram says that he did not die because he had a strong desire to earn respect. The desire kept him alive even after death. He decided to do something by which the future generations would not look at people like him with disrespect, and the easiest target for this would be children whose mind is innocent. Vikram's mother asks him what wrong had the Lucky Seven done to him. Vikram says that he was very happy with the children he kidnapped, until the Lucky Seven interrupted. The Lucky Seven tell Vikram that he never thought of the people who wished good for him. Vikram says that he will continue to punish people. He says that he only loves his mother. Ashutosh asks what will happen to his son Siddhart. Vikram says that Siddhart will live for the sake of the Joker. Vikram asks his mother to come along with him but Vikram's mother tells him that she is ashamed of him not because he is short, but because he is a bad person. Vikram is shattered, and tells his mother that he cannot bear her hatred. Vikram tells the Lucky Seven that he will spare Siddhart and requests them to tell their children that Vikram was a good man and not a villain. Saying this, Vikram's spirit leaves Siddhart's body. Siddhart regains consciousness and unites with his father. Vikram's mother smiles happily. Ashutosh returns home with Siddhart. Radhika is elated to see him. Ashutosh and Radhika patch up with each other.

Radhika goes to Siddhart's room and panics on not finding him in the room. She angrily asks the Lucky Seven where they have taken Siddhart. She breaks downs before them and begs to them to get her son back. Rohit tells the rest that the time has come to go to the cave again. The Lucky Seven reach Sagargad caves and are surprised to find Siddhart sleeping on the old woman's lap. When they ask her about it, the old lady replies that Siddhart is her son Vikram. She says that he was the only heir to the Thakur family. The old lady narrates her tale. She tells the Lucky Seven that she was having a very happy family until the day, Vikram's father developed suspicion towards her. `Thakur is upset that his son Vikram is short, and wonders if he is a dwarf'. Thakur blames his wife and her family's genes. Vikram cries in his mother's arms and blames himself for Thakur's anger. One day, the Thakur throws his wife and son out of the house. Vikram and his mother go through lot of hardships to make ends meet. Vikram's mother tries to give hopes to Vikram.' Just then, Siddhart transforms into Vikram and tells his mother that he was not sleeping but listening to the tale. He says that he had decided to become a big man whose mother will be respected by everyone. He remembers how people used to make fun of him. `A few people of the village mock at Vikram (The Joker) due to his short stature.' Vikram tells that he worked very hard to become a big man. He says that people had no sympathy towards him and no one could see his good qualities.

The Lucky Seven go to Sagargad caves. There they find the mysterious old lady meditating. Rahul tells Ashutosh that the old lady may know everything. The old woman opens her eyes and says that she does not know anything. Rahul and his friends beg to her to tell them everything. The old lady tells them that the Joker is her son. She says that she has got tired of searching for him, and the time has come to finish him. The lady tells Ashutosh that he will have to sacrifice his son because the Joker has come in the form of his son. Ashutosh gets highly upset as he loves his son deeply. The old lady tells Ashutosh this is the only way to save many more families from destruction. Later, Ashutosh tells his friends that it is very difficult for him to take a decision. Ashutosh's friends tell him that he will have to sacrifice Siddhart if they have to get rid of the Joker. Meanwhile, Siddhart hums the Joker's tune. Ashutosh wonders what he will tell Radhika. Ashutosh goes to Siddhart and tells him how happy he was when he was born. He also says that very soon their house will be filled with sorrow. Ashutosh tells Radhika about the Joker, and also says that the Joker has returned in the form of Siddhart. Radhika's anger knows no bounds and she threatens Ashutosh that she will go away with Siddhart if he tries to do something to him.

After Julie, Rahul too sees the Joker in Siddhart's form. Rahul tells Julie that they have to stay back. Ronnie asks Julie and Rahul how they can prove that the Joker is back. Shiva suggests that they should try to speak to Siddhart. Julie, Rahul and Ronnie ask Siddhart who he is. Siddhart initially states that he is Siddhart but later shows his true form. Siddhart transforms into the Joker. The Joker tells them that he got saved by his intelligence. He also says that Ashutosh's blood is flowing through his veins and this time his strength is not fear but a mother's emotions. Just then, the Joker hears Radhika's voice and disappears. Radhika searches for Siddhart and Siddhart appears. The Lucky Seven tell Ashutosh that the Joker has come back in the form of Siddhart. However, Ashutosh does not believe them. The Lucky Seven try their best to make Ashutosh accept the truth. Ashutosh recalls a few instances by which he is compelled to accept the truth. Ashutosh is shattered. The Lucky Seven go to Sagargad caves. There they find the mysterious old lady meditating.

Ashutosh and Radhika bring Durga inside the house. Durga is still in a state of shock and is unable to say anything. Radhika asks Siddhart to sit close to Durga but Durga dies. A smile is etched on Siddhart's face. Later, Siddhart sees a photo of the Lucky Seven and deliberately breaks it. Siddhart tells Ashutosh that he is feeling scared. Ashutosh explains that he too used to be scared of everything when he was a child but he got over his fears due to his friends. Siddhart asks Ashutosh to call his friends for his birthday party. Siddhart's birthday arrives and the Lucky Seven come to Ashutosh's house. Rahul is having a chat with Ashutosh when Siddhart comes with a piece of cake for Rahul. When Rahul says that he has already eaten cake, Siddhart says that it is for Rohit. Rahul is stunned. Siddhart also goes to Julie while she is chatting with Shiva. Siddhart plays a mischief on Julie. Julie suddenly finds blood on her palm, which instantly disappears. Ronnie tells Raja that he is going to become a father. Siddhart playfully snatches Ronnie's respiratory pump and hides it in a drawer. When Raja goes to fetch the respirator, he is terrified to see an artificial snake in the drawer. Samidha tells Radhika that her son Bunty is five years old but is unable to talk. She adds that the doctors claim that Bunty is normal. Radhika tells Samidha that she will take her to a sage who is said to be very powerful. Siddhart plays with Bunty who is making a drawing of his parents on a slate. Siddhart ruthlessly wipes out Bunty's father's drawing. The Lucky Seven discuss how bravely they had eliminated the Joker. Just then, the television of Ashutosh's house explodes. Everyone feels that it could be due to an electric fluctuation. Later that night, Siddhart goes to the door and tells a wild dog that the time has come. The wild dog enters the house following Siddhart. The next morning, the Lucky Seven take leave of Ashutosh and Radhika. Julie suddenly hears someone calling her. When she turns back, she sees various images of the Joker laughing at her. She also sees the Joker as Siddhart.

Ashutosh asks Siddhart to come before him and show him what he is dressed like. Siddhart comes out dressed as a Joker. Ashutosh is shocked. He angrily asks Siddhart to change his clothes but Siddhart refuses. Ashutosh angrily goes into his room. Siddhart hums the same tune that the Joker used to hum. Later, Siddhart throws a ball towards Ashutosh's room and chants something. The ball continues to spin for a long time but Radhika comes to the room and picks the ball to keep it aside. Ashutosh tells Radhika that he wants to take her and Siddhart for a long outing. When Radhika tells Siddhart about it, Siddhart refuses to go. Radhika goes to Siddhart's school to pick him up. Siddhart insists that they should not go home in their regular rickshaw but should go by bus. Radhika agrees. Later, Radhika comes to know from Ashutosh that Siddhart's regular rickshaw met with an accident. Ashutosh also tells her that he is bringing their aunt Durga in the evening. In the evening, Ashutosh comes with Radhika's aunt, Durga who is very religious by nature. Durga gives a chain of sacred beads to Siddhart who goes out and throws it. Durga sees Nayan feeding cornflakes to Siddhart and scolds her. Nayan feels insulted. Durga tells Radhika that she wants to perform a holy sacrifice on the occasion of Siddhart's birthday. Siddhart calls out to Nayan but Durga tells him that she has fired Nayan from her job. Later, Siddhart asks Durga to play with him. Durga gets tired playing with him. Siddhart asks Durga to go from his house soon failing which she could come in trouble. He also says that she did not do a good thing by sending Nayan away. Siddhart throws his ball at Durga. Durga is shocked.

Anand tells Amit that the time has come when Ashutosh's child will kill Ashutosh and Radhika. Amit tells Anand that he can hear voices of the Lucky Seven. Anand says that the Joker is coming. On the other hand, Radhika starts getting labor pains. Ashutosh asks Nayan to make arrangements to take Radhika to the hospital. The maid tells Amit that the time has come. Ashutosh and the maid somehow manage to bring Radhika to the hospital. Ashutosh tells the on-duty doctor that Radhika is 7 months pregnant and is suffering from terrible pain. The doctor tells Ashutosh that the main doctors are on strike and she being a junior doctor cannot do anything. Radhika's maid intervenes and asks the doctor to take care of Radhika. The maid, Nayan stares at the doctor with glowing eyes. The doctor agrees. After a while, the doctor tells Ashutosh that Radhika's case is getting very complicated as she is only seven months pregnant. She also states that she can save either Radhika or the child. Nayan again intervenes and tells the doctor that she will take care of Radhika. The doctor is surprised and wonders. However Nayan insists and goes into Radhika's room. She calms Radhika who has been screaming all the while. After a short while, she informs Ashutosh that Radhika has given birth to a baby boy. Ashutosh is elated and thanks Nayan for whatever she has done. The mysterious old woman gets a familiar smell and hears some familiar sounds. She feels worried and wonders if `He' has returned. Anand rejoices that `He' has come and shares his excitement with Amit. Ashutosh spends time with Radhika and decides to name his child Siddhart. Radhika thanks Nayan for her help, and tells Ashutosh that she felt bad when the doctor spoke rudely to him. Late at night, the junior doctor is speaking to her boyfriend when a wild dog enters the hospital and kills her. Seven years pass by. Radhika tells Ashutosh that Siddhart has come first in the fancy dress competition. Ashutosh asks Siddhart to come before him and show him what he is dressed like. Siddhart comes out dressed as a Joker. Ashutosh is shocked.
