In the November 2 episode of Punar Vivaah, Aarti calls up Paridhi to inquire if she had returned the original necklace to Vidhi. Aarti informs Paridhi that police had come home to inquire about a necklace. She adds that the police found a similar necklace near Karan's dead body. On learning about the necklace, Paridhi smartly ends the conversation. Aarti believes that Paridhi is hiding something from her. Paridhi calls her mother up and informs her about her and Aarti's conversation. Aarti takes the phone from Paridhi's mother and hears the conversation. Concerned about Vidhi, Aarti begs Paridhi to return. A worried Pankaj calls Yash up and informs him that Inspector Rathod had called him up. Vidhi suspects that Paridhi had killed Karan. She informs the family that only she and Prateik knew that Paridhi was working with Karan. Paridhi and Prateik are forced to cancel their honeymoon and return home. Pankaj gets furious and decides to call up the inspector to inform him about the real culprit. Yash stops Pankaj and asks Paridhi to tell everyone the reason behind the murder. Paridhi narrates the whole scene and convinces everyone to develop sympathy for her. Back at Dubey house, Ansh is shocked to encounter Prashant and starts questioning him. Prashant tries to cover it up by saying that he is staying there for rent. Satyendra decides to take Ansh to the hospital but Prashan stops him and starts walking towards the house.
