In the September 12 episode of Punar Vivaah, Gayatri asks Aarti to return to the Scindia residence as Yash misses the children. Arti is left wondering as she does not know how she would tell Gayatri about her pregnancy. She believes that Yash thinks that he had committed a mistake by consummating their marriage. Barfi notices Aarti sitting sadly near a tea stall. He manages to cheer Aarti up. Arti remembers the incident wherein Aman had compelled her and Yash to consume bhang.
