Vikram Singh states that Sugni has always been a part of his life and now he wanted her to have a special position in his life. He asks Sugni to wear her slippers. At first, Sugni hesitates but later wears her slippers when Vikram Singh too removes his footwear and states that he does not mind standing without his footwear. Vikram Singh tells Sugni that it was important for them to return to Mahuari village. He ends the conversation by telling her that he was waiting for her and Gulabiya in his jeep. When Vikram Singh walks towards his jeep, Sugni rushes towards Gulabiya and enquiries with her whether she heard her and Vikram Singh's conversation. Gulabiya tells Sugni that they must talk later about the topic. When Sugni and Gulabiya return home, Hukum rages at them for foiling his plan. Hukum taunts Sugni and Gulabiya for not only insulting them in front of the villagers but also losing a handsome amount from Haldi Singh. An irritated Sugni rages at Hukum for conducting Gulabiya's sardhakai. She asserts that Hukum wanted to lead a lavish lifestyle and was using Gulabiya. She states that she would give him money provided he stayed away from Gulabiya. Vikram Singh informs Amrita that he managed to stop Sugni from leaving the village. An excited Amrita gives the good news to Aditya. Aditya comments that no one would get affected by Sugni's presence or absence from the village. At night, Sugni asks Gulabiya why she did not speak in between her and Vikram Singh. Gulabiya replies that it was not right on her part to speak between the two. She states that Sugni was smart enough to understand and take the decisions of her life. Sugni falls asleep during the conversation and does not hear the part where Gulabiya explains to her about taking good and bad decisions in life.
