Sindoora gets angry and goes to hit Bharat when Vidya rescues him. Bharat asks Vidya whether his father has wronged, so she replies that he is innocent. Sindoora warns Vidya not to mislead her son, so Vidya retorts that someone has indeed trapped Aniket! Bharat goes away, and Sindoora warns Vidya not to poison Bharat's mind or even she will have to leave the house humiliated like Aniket! Vidya taunts her about having failed in her attempts, so Sindoora replies that she has Sagar in her clutches now! Vidya warns Sindoora that she will be left with nothing and nobody in the end! Sindoora goes to slap her but Gayatri holds her hand. Sindoora tells Gayatri that, finally, her true colours have been exposed! She warns Gayatri that she wants only one chance to throw Vidya and her out! On the contrary, Gayatri warns Sindoora to gracefully leave the house within 5 days or she will throw her out! Meanwhile, Sagar gets worked up reading a newspaper article condemning Aniket. Sagar is miserable when Sindoora says that she will have to live her life as the wife of a killer, and sheds crocodile tears while hurling accusations at Aniket. She says that she fears Aniket will take revenge on her family again and asks Sagar to let her know everything about his whereabouts because she wants to protect him. Meanwhile, Sagar tells Gayatri that he wants to entrust the office responsibilities of Aniket to Sindoora. Gayatri asks Sindoora to start life afresh and go with Sagar to office. Sindoora is taken aback but agrees.
The compelling saga about a genteel, lovely but illiterate girl, Vidya who hails from the holy town of Benares in India, and marries Sagar under strange circumstances. Sagar is the son of a rich landlord but has been rendered intellectually challenged because of an accident. Sindoora, Sagar's eldest stepsister, is very greedy and wants to grab all of her deceased father's property that he had willed to Vidya before dying. She hates Vidya and spares no opportunity to humiliate and torture her, along with the help of her other two sisters, Mahua and Chandra. However, Vidya tries to keep the family united with her calm demeanour and extraordinary patience. With her love, she even manages to get Sagar on the right track and he eventually falls in love with her, but their new found happiness is short-lived. The plot takes an interesting twist when Sagar and Vidya get killed by Sindoora but they are reborn as Amar and Divya, respectively. Will they be able to avenge their death from Sindoora in their new life?
