Arjun is worried on learning that there were some legal issues in his company in New York. He decides to fly to New York immediately and informs DK about it. Manav shows Purvi's letter to DK, which states that the employees would go on strike if the new management did not cancel the termination of her colleagues. DK believes that Arjun must have re-included the termination clause in the contract papers. DK decides to talk to Arjun about the matter. He also tells Manav to call up Purvi and assure her that the company would not terminate anyone's services. DK is surprised on learning that Manav had decided to go to India to meet the employees who had been issued termination letters. He adds that he would request Arjun to change his decision only after conversing with the employees. DK is worried that Manav may get disturbed, if he meets Archana and her family in India. Manav pacifies DK. Meanwhile, Archana feels uneasy. When Manav comes to India, he feels happy and relieved. On his way to the office, his car breaks down and so he decides to travel by train

Her mother has a sole aim of getting a good, well-educated boy drawing a good salary for Archana. Because of wish, Archana's marriage plans have always been full of obstacles.
Simultaneously, runs the story of Manav, a garage owner, who gets besotted by Archana at first sight.
Destiny and circumstances make his marriage proposal reach Archana but to be accepted he has to lie about his credentials, which because of unavoidable situations he does. The marriage takes place but the moment Archana comes to know about the lie she refuses to go with Manav. The story proceeds from here - finally bringing the made for each other couple together.
