A worried Apoorva tries in vain to get the rare blood group that his father has. Barkha sees Jiiya and says that the guards won't allow her inside. When Barkha talks about blood being needed for Karan, Jiiya says that her father's blood group matches with that of Karan. She requests Barkha to let her meet Apoorva but Barkha replies that she will have to wait until the visiting hours. Meanwhile, Barkha tells the reporters that she was the one who had donated blood to Karan. She then informs Apoorva that she had managed to arrange for a bottle of blood for his father. Later, Mahesh tells Jiiya that people in love do not concede defeat and asks her not to leave the hospital until she meets Apoorva. Jiiya tries to push her way into the I.C.U. but Barkha phones the hospital security and orders them to take away Karan's fan! Apoorva tells an unconscious Karan that he truly loves Jiiya and requests him to bless them. He says that he lacks the courage to face Jiiya and asks Karan to give him the strength. On the other hand, Jiiya writes a letter to Apoorva and asks the nurse to give it to him. The nurse hands it to Apoorva, and he is delighted. He runs to meet Jiiya and they embrace. Barkha feels dejected. Just then, the nurse informs Apoorva that Karan's condition is deteriorating. Barkha fetches water for Apoorva but he doesn't drink it, so Jiiya makes him have it. Later, the nurse informs Apoorva that Karan is better but not yet out of danger. Jiiya tends to Karan. When Jiiya goes to give the medicine to Karan, Barkha tries to snatch it and the bottle breaks. On the other hand, Apoorva tells Jiiya that when she is with him, everything is fine. Barkha gets upset.
